Requirements
- 5+ years of healthcare experience
- 2+ years in value-based care practice transformation or healthcare quality improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Pharmacy Healthcare Administration LCSW or related field
- Clinical background as RN PharmD NP PA LCSW or similar licensed clinician
- Experience supporting value-based care programs such as ACOs bundled payments or pay-for-performance
- Experience in healthcare quality improvement initiatives
- Strong understanding of clinical processes and workflows in community practice or health system settings
- Ability to research and collate clinical information workflows and best practices
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to translate data insights and clinical evidence into actionable practice strategies
- Ability to lead consultative meetings and build stakeholder relationships
- 10% travel required

Day to day
- Analyze claims and utilization data to identify oncology practice performance trends, workflow gaps, and improvement opportunities within value-based care arrangements.
- Consult directly with oncology practices to translate clinical evidence and data insights into actionable workflow changes and quality improvement strategies.
- Collaborate with payor clinical experts, internal analytics teams, and practice stakeholders to develop presentations, curated content, and performance reports that drive measurable outcomes.
