Requirements
- 5+ years in a lead architect or principal consultant role on enterprise Adobe ecosystems
- Hands-on across AEP RTCDP AJO CJA AEM Target Analytics and Campaign
- Multiple full-lifecycle enterprise engagements with technical direction through delivery
- Enterprise integration fluency including REST APIs AWS Azure identity consent and data flows
- Applied AI experience with RAG agent frameworks AEP Agent Orchestrator or MCP
- Ability to translate between executive and technical audiences and frame business value
- Experience turning vague asks into goals roadmap and ROI case
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Day to day
- Architect end-to-end enterprise solutions across the full Adobe stack for Fortune 100 clients
- Assess current-state ecosystems and design future-state architectures that connect CDPs journey orchestration content analytics personalization and activation
- Lead migrations from legacy Adobe products to newer platform services and stay engaged through implementation to realize value
- Build executive demos POCs and experience showcases that translate complex architecture into business narratives
- Champion practical AI adoption with generative and agentic AI including RAG pipelines AI agents Firefly GenStudio and AEP Agent Orchestrator
