Requirements

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience with architectural leadership
  • 2+ years working with AI/ML models in production
  • Strong backend or full-stack experience with Python
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code Devin AI GH Copilot or GPT APIs
  • Strong system design skills with focus on RAG systems
  • Proven experience leading distributed engineering teams
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Exposure to AI agent frameworks such as LangChain CrewAI AutoGPT or Agent Core
  • Experience with domain-driven design or microservices architecture
  • Experience with vector or graph databases embeddings or LLM infrastructure

Day to day

  • Lead architectural design and technical strategy for AI-integrated software solutions.
  • Guide a distributed engineering team in decomposing complex product goals into clear modular tasks.
  • Build and refine agentic AI capabilities including MCPs APIs prompts and AI agents to improve delivery speed and quality.
  • Review human and AI-generated code for performance security correctness and maintainable design.
  • Mentor global developers and strengthen adoption of modern AI-assisted engineering practices.
