Requirements
- 8+ years as a Backend or Full Stack Engineer with strong DevOps, infrastructure, or SRE emphasis
- Production experience building and scaling AI-powered services or agents
- Deep expertise in infrastructure-as-code and cloud resource management
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform such as GCP AWS or Azure
- Track record designing and scaling production backends and custom services
- Experience with containerization and orchestration such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with feature-flagging and staged rollouts
- Experience implementing observability logging and alerting
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments with evolving requirements
- Client-facing consulting or solutions-architect experience
- Confident fluent written and spoken English
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Day to day
- Lead backend, infrastructure, and agentic-infrastructure work across multiple client engagements and rapidly changing technical contexts.
- Act as the trusted technical voice in pre-sales and client conversations, shaping scope, estimating delivery, and guiding technical direction with clear business-focused communication.
- Design, build, deploy, and scale production AI agents, cloud infrastructure, backend services, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and observability systems with a strong focus on reliability, security, and cost control.
