- 8+ years of professional experience in UI design interaction design or systems design
- Experience with large enterprise B2B or B2C solutions
- Proven experience using Agentic AI to create research artifacts curate data and create synthesis
- Mastery of Figma and curiosity for design-to-code tools
- Solid understanding of HTML JavaScript and CSS
- Mastery of interface design accessibility guidelines WCAG and inclusive design practices
- Strong ability to articulate design vision and defend decisions to business and technology leaders
- Degree in design HCI engineering or equivalent experience
- Professional portfolio showing examples of leveraging AI to reduce redundant tasks and solve complex user problems
