Requirements
- 10+ years in senior delivery leadership on complex enterprise engagements
- Proven track record as accountable delivery leader on large multi-workstream programs
- Authorized to work in the United States or Canada without sponsorship
- Travel up to 10-30% depending on client needs
- Solid working knowledge of DevOps CI/CD cloud-native platforms observability and application development/modernization
- Experience integrating AI into delivery workflows and engineering teams in enterprise environments
- Ability to discuss AI-first delivery and required organizational change with client leadership
- Experience managing commercial engagement responsibilities including SOWs resource forecasts and invoice accuracy

Day to day
- Own delivery quality and client experience across large enterprise engagements, keeping workstreams aligned and outcomes on track.
- Work directly with clients to map value loss, identify bottlenecks, pressure-test ideas, and co-create delivery approaches that drive transformation.
- Lead and support teams through coaching, feedback, reviews, and capacity planning while reducing risk and preventing burnout.
