  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, preferably in a lead role
  • Strong knowledge of modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Node.js, React, Angular, Django, Ruby on Rails)
  • Experience defining coding standards and development processes
  • Ability to support and mentor development teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and innovation skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies


What the job involves

  • Work within Principal Engineering team alongside technical specialists
  • Set coding standards, define development processes, select technology stack
  • Support squads with complex development work, run innovation labs to test new ideas and technologies
