Requirements
- 12+ years of software engineering experience
- 4+ years in technical leadership or principal-level roles
- Deep hands-on experience shipping LLM-powered or agentic systems to production
- Experience with frameworks like LangGraph AutoGen CrewAI or custom runtimes
- Proven track record architecting distributed high-availability systems
- Mastery of Python and modern backend frameworks
- Deep familiarity with RAG pipelines vector databases tool-calling APIs and multi-step reasoning
- TypeScript/Node.js is a plus
- Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to executive and cross-functional stakeholders
- Desire to influence engineering culture with code quality observability and rigorous testing

Day to day
- Define the technical architecture for agentic AI systems, including multi-agent orchestration, memory management, and reasoning pipelines
- Build reliable infrastructure for non-deterministic AI loops with circuit-breakers, latency-aware orchestration, and token/cost observability
- Set engineering standards and best practices for agentic application development across the organization while mentoring senior engineers and driving key technical decisions
- Partner with AI Ops, Product, Research, and Platform teams to deliver efficient, monitored, high-availability LLM-powered products at scale
