Day to day
- Design and build key infrastructure components across Ticketmaster's estate to improve resilience and maintainability.
- Lead engineering efforts on incident handling, alerting, telemetry, and cloud migration of Jira and Confluence systems.
- Develop frameworks, libraries, and tools that accelerate other engineers while raising legacy systems to higher standards.
- Mentor fellow engineers and help shape architecture, delivery strategy, and system-level design choices.
