Requirements

  • Staff or Principal Engineer experience in a cloud-native hypergrowth SaaS environment
  • Hands-on coding background in a platform or SRE team
  • Proven success implementing AI-native workflows beyond experimental prompts into production-grade automation or agents
  • Deep technical knowledge of infrastructure-as-code modern CI/CD and workflow orchestration tools such as GitHub Actions n8n or Zapier
  • Pragmatic engineering mindset with ability to design hybrid architectures balancing speed and cost
  • Strong leadership stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences

Day to day

  • Architect, build and iterate an AI-enabled automation toolchain across IT and Security using platforms like n8n and Google Workspace
  • Drive the evolution of IT operations toward an all-encompassing as-code infrastructure model through hands-on architecture and design
  • Mentor and enable teams and citizen builders to adopt shared automation and AI platforms safely at scale, while standardising practices across the organisation
  • Champion cross-departmental adoption of automation and AI methodologies and help build reliable production-grade workflows and agents
