Requirements
- Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or similar role in an Agile environment
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating information and solving complex problems

- Experience architecting and designing systems including reliability and scaling
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or related technical field or equivalent

Day to day
- Lead and coordinate multiple engineering projects across cross-functional teams to drive timely delivery and strong execution
- Provide managerial and technical oversight while coaching engineers and validating work quality against compliance and organizational standards
- Collaborate with product owners scrum masters and business stakeholders to clarify requirements manage dependencies and shape robust solutions
- Support release planning architecture decisions and delivery planning for complex software initiatives across front-end backend QA and automation domains
