Day to day
- Serve as the CTO’s operational counterpart, translating technical vision into executable plans and delivery priorities.
- Own initiatives end-to-end from concept through production, using AI-assisted development to deliver fast and efficiently.
- Oversee contractor and vendor work, enforce quality standards, and support the migration from Salesforce to an internally owned platform.
- Build guardrails for AI-generated work, preserve institutional knowledge, and ensure healthcare data security and compliance across systems.
