Requirements
- 7 to 15 years of full-stack software engineering experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 7+ years of server-side development with Java and Spring Boot
- Experience with automated testing using JUnit Rest Assured or Cucumber
- 4+ years of front-end development with JavaScript TypeScript and React
- Familiarity with modern test frameworks such as Vitest Playwright or Jest
- Recent AI-first development experience using Claude Code Cursor Junie or GitHub Copilot
- 4+ years of cloud experience building and maintaining applications in AWS
- 7+ years of database expertise across SQL NoSQL and GraphDB
- MySQL preferred with PostgreSQL and Neo4j as pluses
- Proven success in a remote-first environment
- Experience collaborating with near-shore and off-shore partners

Day to day
- Design and build end-to-end application solutions across frontend backend database testing and infrastructure for the Ark platform
- Translate business needs into technical solutions with product managers and lead architect
- Provide technical guidance code reviews mentorship and improve reliability through stronger logging tracing monitoring and alerts
