• 5+ years of design experience at a tech-driven company with a focus on enhancing monetization
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work, experiments, and growth outcomes
• Proven strategic thinking and decision-making based on data and user insights
• Extensive experience in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and UX/UI design principles
• Meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in UX research and data analytics for guiding design decisions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional environment
• Experience and knowledge working with AEM is a plus
