  • Establish the right growth team approach for Unobravo as the first Growth Product Manager
  • Drive vision, strategy, and roadmap for a critical part of Unobravo
  • Lead squad in delivering growth initiatives
  • Own Growth KPIs, understand evolution and impact them through experimentation
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders, advocating for impact
  • Interact with customers, developing deep empathy
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, competitors
  • Mentor and inspire other Product Managers
  • Help build PM community with Chief Product Officer
