Requirements
- Previous experience in a medical communications agency or pharma essential
- Excellent writing reviewing coaching and mentoring skills
- Strong project time and client management skills
- Ability to work across multiple therapy areas and accounts
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience in line management and/or mentoring essential
- In-depth knowledge of ABPI Code of Practice and familiarity with AMA editorial style and medical terminology
Nice to have
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Line management experience
- ABPI Code knowledge
Day to day
- Oversee large projects or specific workstreams within medical communication deliverables
- Ensure the quality and scientific integrity of team outputs
- Coach and mentor team members
- Serve as the lead scientific contact for clients and experts
- Build and maintain key relationships with existing clients and stakeholders
- Contribute to new business opportunities
