Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience
10+ years of proven experience in product design
7 years of related experience
Portfolio showcasing visually stunning and user-friendly experiences
Strong understanding of visual design disciplines and human factors
Ability to use data to inform design decisions and influence the broader team
Excellent prototype creation skills for communicating ideas
Experience presenting work to senior leaders and influencing strategy

Day to day

Develops and facilitates creative problem solving processes and environments with impact at the product and team level
Anticipates design trends and looks for ways to evolve design standards
Creates influential strategies that cross organizational boundaries to achieve broad business goals
Provides visual design stewardship for ongoing work and sets vision for future direction
Produces designs that drive simplicity despite complexity of the system
Uses prototypes to communicate product-line concepts narratives and experience value propositions
Optimizes concepts and solutions that clearly demonstrate end-to-end thinking
Presents work to senior leaders across the organization Influences strategy and builds plans that consider potential obstacles and immediate and long-term consequences
