Minimum of 10+ years of experience shipping digital products experiences and systems

Establish the strategic direction and product vision for our most complex problems including the future of our product look and feel/design language and bridging the gap between vision and execution
Be at the forefront of major design initiatives and broadcast the efforts of the design team across Forma
Execute research initiatives to understand our users their needs and pain-points across Forma products
Set and refine the design quality bar in partnership with design leadership through our principles and design system
Exhibits meticulous attention to detail ensuring exceptional user experiences
Contributes and strategizes executable plans and roadmap aligned with company objectives
Be responsible for mentoring and helping grow talent within the team
