What the job involves

• Establish the strategic direction and product vision for our most complex problems including the future of our product look and feel/design language and bridging the gap between vision and execution
• Be at the forefront of major design initiatives and broadcast the efforts of the design team across Forma
• Execute research initiatives to understand our users their needs and pain-points across Forma products
• Set and refine the design quality bar in partnership with design leadership through our principles and design system
• Exhibits meticulous attention to detail ensuring exceptional user experiences
• Contributes and strategizes executable plans and roadmap aligned with company objectives
• Be responsible for mentoring and helping grow talent within the team
