Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in mobile and web applications in cross-functional technology companies
- Extraordinary visual and user interface design skills, and user-centered design principles
- Ability to distill complex issues into understandable solutions
- Strong communication skills to rally people around solutions
- Self-starter, self-motivated, able to work independently, perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision, and deliver high-quality results
- Deep understanding of the product development process and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with product and engineering
- Skills and desire to operate at all stages of design process, including user research, polished designs, implementation, and follow-on iterations
- Team player
- Ability to handle ambiguity and limited resources
- Influence others, build consensus, and raise the bar across the organization
- Embrace and entice constructive feedback
- Take personal responsibility and pride in work, with deep passion for craft

Day to day
- Create world-class user experiences
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and executive stakeholders to conceptualize, create, and iterate on product experiences that solve user problems
- Engage at all stages of a project, including concepting, prototyping, information design, workshop facilitation, and user research
- Advocate for best practices, gather and respond to feedback, support designers and engineers using our design system, and oversee vision execution
