Who you are

• 8-10 years of experience in mobile and web applications in cross-functional technology companies
• Extraordinary visual and user interface design skills, and user-centered design principles
• Ability to distill complex issues into understandable solutions
• Strong communication skills to rally people around solutions
• Self-starter, self-motivated, able to work independently, perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision, and deliver high-quality results
• Deep understanding of the product development process and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with product and engineering
• Skills and desire to operate at all stages of design process, including user research, polished designs, implementation, and follow-on iterations
• Team player
• Ability to handle ambiguity and limited resources
• Influence others, build consensus, and raise the bar across the organization
• Embrace and entice constructive feedback

What the job involves

• Create world-class user experiences
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and executive stakeholders to conceptualize, create, and iterate on product experiences that solve user problems
• Engage at all stages of a project, including concepting, prototyping, information design, workshop facilitation, and user research
• Advocate for best practices, gather and respond to feedback, support designers and engineers using our design system, and oversee vision execution
