Requirements
- 12+ years of experience as a Product Designer or equivalent role, with a robust portfolio showcasing leadership in design innovation and solving complex challenges
- Proven brand creative marketing and storytelling expertise, effectively integrating design with brand narratives
- Demonstrated success in driving high-quality user experiences and influencing design outcomes across cross-functional teams
- Extensive experience managing and scaling design systems to ensure a consistent, cohesive user experience across diverse platforms
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a history of building effective partnerships with engineering, product, and other teams
- Highly motivated self-starter with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for driving design excellence at both strategic and tactical levels
- Open to feedback and committed to fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented design culture
Nice to have
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth organizations and navigating rapid changes
- Familiarity with music production
- Familiarity with creative AI workflows and their application in user experience design
