What the job involves

• As a Principal Designer on Design Systems, you’ll help evolve our early-stage design system into a robust organization that scales product quality and design craftsmanship across cross-functional teams.
• You’ll help drive vision and strategy for the design system, establish tools and processes to evangelize adoption, and design new UX patterns and components.
• You will need a strong background in design systems, visual craft, design tools, leadership skills, and a passion for creating delightful healthcare experiences for patients and providers.
