Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Design
  • At least 3 years leading work in complex or regulated environments such as fintech or payments
  • Experience designing payment systems from acceptance to settlement and reconciliation
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating depth of thinking refined UX and UI craft and attention to detail
  • Ability to move between strategy and execution
  • Experience collaborating closely with engineers researchers and stakeholders
  • Curiosity about emerging technologies including AI
  • Drive to create real-world impact in ambiguous fast-changing environments

Day to day

  • Define and drive the vision for payment products across Teya's ecosystem
  • Own end-to-end product experiences from early concept through launch with product engineering and research partners
  • Design intuitive secure and compliant payment flows that reduce friction and build trust for merchants and customers
  • Use research data rapid prototyping and AI-inspired thinking to create adaptive solutions that simplify complex systems and improve payment operations
  • Help raise the design quality bar mentor others and contribute to a stronger design culture
