Requirements
- Proven AI-native builder with one AI-powered product taken from concept to MVP to production scale
- Deep hands-on fluency with AI coding and prototyping tools such as Claude or Cursor
- Strong product instincts shaped by direct customer conversations
- Experience leading small fast-moving squads and influencing direction without hierarchy
- Exceptional communication skills across written verbal and demo formats
- High bias for action and comfort with ambiguity

Day to day
- Own the product vision for residential customers and shape experiences across EVs batteries solar thermostats and grid load shifting
- Translate customer pain points and market signals into rapid experiments prototypes and compelling product concepts
- Lead small squads and work closely with Commercial Demand Generation and the CEO to move from idea to MVP and real customer feedback
- Use AI tools to ship faster influence the team’s operating model and raise the bar for AI-first product development
