Requirements
- 7–10+ years of Salesforce implementation configuration and scaling experience in complex or high-growth environments
- Strong hands-on expertise with Apex Lightning Web Components Flows integrations/APIs and data modeling
- Experience designing and delivering scalable multi-system architectures
- Experience leading end-to-end system ownership from architecture through implementation and optimization
- Deep understanding of quote to cash processes complex pricing models and contract lifecycle
- Strong ability to solve ambiguous problems with pragmatic durable solutions
- Deep understanding of data integrity system reliability and integration patterns
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated strong adherence to SDLC best practices
- Nice to have: Salesforce certifications or equivalent depth of experience
- CPQ/RCA experience strongly preferred

Day to day
- Own the architecture and long-term evolution of the Salesforce and RevTech ecosystem, including CPQ billing integrations and data flows.
- Define multi-quarter technical strategy while also building hands-on solutions in Apex Lightning Web Components Flows and Visualforce.
- Lead complex redesigns troubleshoot deep system issues and drive scalable maintainable solutions across Salesforce and downstream enterprise systems.
