Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with .NET/C# and production backend services
- Experience designing building and integrating AI/ML-powered features including third-party LLM services
- Working understanding of LLM behavior prompt design output evaluation and handling non-deterministic results
- Hands-on experience with agentic coding tools or AI pair-programming assistants in real production workflows
- Experience adapting review processes documentation or architecture to support AI-agent contribution
- Experience with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL including data modeling and query optimization
- Familiarity with a major cloud platform such as AWS Azure or GCP including deployment scaling and infrastructure management
- Strong understanding of software design patterns principles and methodologies for complex problems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional and cross-country teams

Day to day
- Drive technical direction for a major product domain or platform capability, aligning architecture with business goals and customer needs.
- Reduce systemic complexity by leading architectural debt remediation and improving reliability and maintainability across systems.
- Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to evaluate roadmap feasibility, mentor teams, and shape high-quality solutions, including safe and effective AI-agent contribution.
