Who you are

• 10+ years of web application development in ASP.NET C# JavaScript
• 5+ years leading or mentoring technical teams
• 5+ years in client-facing professional services role
• Experience with modern JavaScript libraries like Vue React Angular
• Experience with semantic-accessible HTML and CSS BEM naming methodology
• Experience resolving cross-browser compatibility issues
• Experience with search engine optimization best practices
• Experience with MS SQL Visual Studio Tooling Git continuous integration automated build products
• Experience with Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Strong testing and quality assurance ethic
• Experience developing with traditional and headless content management systems (CMS) like Kentico Sitefinity Umbraco Sitecore

What the job involves

• Co-lead a small agile project team alongside an account manager/product owner and a project manager responsible for building and maintaining websites, webstores, intranets, and web applications for a handful of clients
• Responsible for the technical vision of client projects, translating business requirements into technical specifications, decomposing requirements into sprints or tickets, pair programming, and conducting code reviews
• Write code and develop complex solutions with your team, participate in architectural discussions, mentor junior developers, and lead client demos
