Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive software experience in relevant technologies and 3+ years as a lead
- Bachelor’s degree in computer related field preferred or equivalent experience
- Hands on experience with ASP.Net .NET Core C# Web API MVC and SQL Server
- Hands on experience building UI applications with React
- Experience with major cloud providers such as Azure AWS or OCI
- Experience with microservices architecture and bounded contexts
- Experience with message brokers such as Azure Service Bus or RabbitMQ
- Experience with containerized applications Kubernetes and Helm charts
- Experience guiding teams with TDD BDD and maintaining code coverage
- Experience creating and maintaining DevOps pipelines and DevSecOps practices
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases and queries
- Experience with data access patterns preferably EF Core
- Knowledge of design patterns integration patterns and authentication authorization best practices
- Strong troubleshooting skills and excellent communication skills

Day to day
- Design and build stable high performing full stack applications from scratch
- Lead software engineers and collaborate with architects to shape technical design for secure scalable systems
- Work in Agile delivery teams while coding testing automating deployments and improving processes
