Requirements
- 9+ years of professional software engineering experience with demonstrated ownership of system architecture and technical leadership
- Proficiency in one or more of Python C# JavaScript or other languages
- Cloud platform experience including Azure AWS or GCP
- Experience with AI-assisted or agentic development tools and practices
- Experience with automation CI/CD and DevSecOps practices including secure-by-design observability monitoring and alerting
- Experience mentoring engineers and leading project teams
- Experience communicating technical strategy to executive and business stakeholders
- Must be authorized to work legally in the US without sponsorship now or in the future

Day to day
- Translate ambiguous business problems into scalable and robust technical architectures with attention to edge cases and operational concerns
- Make pragmatic technology decisions and design systems for long-term maintainability
- Work directly with business stakeholders to rapidly prototype and validate concepts while owning features end to end across backend services data systems and user interfaces
