- Experience using AI tools to improve personal and team productivity
- Proven technical leadership influencing architecture and strategy across multiple teams
- Expertise in unit testing system design and reliability engineering
- Deep understanding of domain-driven design and system interdependencies
- Experience working in agile environments with strong communication and collaboration skills
- Hands-on approach to diagnosing root causes and delivering scalable solutions
