Role


Who you are

  • Very strong Java skills
  • Experience with various software development environments, ideally with our tech stack
  • Product engineering experience with complex products with non-trivial constraints
  • Understanding of containerization, networking, database, and security principles and best practices

Desirables

  • Spring Boot framework experience
  • TypeScript skills
  • SQL and no-SQL database knowledge
  • Automated testing and quality focus
  • Performance testing of complicated systems at scale
  • Linux system administration
  • Interest in security/performance/scalability


What the job involves

  • Collaborate in designing, building, and releasing solutions in an agile, async-first, remote, distributed, product team
  • Proactively take ownership of design and delivery of issues and tasks, perform code reviews, and consider automation of testing
  • Contribute to culture of learning and development by mentoring and coaching other engineers
