Requirements

  • Experience designing, building, scaling and maintaining large scale systems in a multi-tiered distributed environment
  • Experience in driving high-impact complex problems
  • Exceptional coding skills and demonstrable experience implementing and elevating coding standards across teams
  • Experience with complex organizations with many stakeholders
  • Software development in Java (Spring Boot) or Kotlin - design, build, and deploy
  • Production deployment experience working with AWS
  • Experience with automated build and test systems for CI/CD (using Docker, Jenkins, etc)
  • Experienced in true Agile and its engineering practices with a true DevOps mindset

Nice to have

  • Fluent in English
  • Able to deal with ambiguity and change
  • Strong product ownership mindset
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Build cloud-native, AWS-based, greenfield software solutions
