Requirements
- Hold a degree in Engineering IT or Computer Science or have relevant technical and management experience
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in JavaScript and REST API integrations within Rhapsody
- Have a proactive approach to problem-solving and demonstrate accountability in a team setting
Nice to have
- Experience with HL7 v3
- Experience with X12
- Experience with XML
Day to day
- Serve as the technical lead for assigned Professional Services projects
- Consult with customers on their workflows and integration solutions
- Work closely with the Professional Services Manager and Sales team to assist with proposals and documentation
- Participate in education program curriculum development and training delivery as needed
