Requirements
- 10+ years in client-facing Solution Engineering Consulting or Architecture
- Strong experience gathering business requirements and mapping them to solution capabilities
- Proven Energy and Utilities industry best practice expertise
- Experience with SaaS platforms cloud architectures and enterprise integrations
- Prior work with global product organizations or system integrators supporting utilities
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams as an individual contributor
- Willingness to travel approximately 30%

Day to day
- Lead customer-facing discovery sessions and workshops to capture business functional and technical needs
- Translate complex requirements into scalable product-aligned solution architectures for utility customers
- Partner with Sales Product Management Engineering and Delivery to shape proposals demos and implementation readiness
