• A minimum of 3 years of experience in solutions engineering (pre-sales)
• Facilitated the technical side of product sales (used REST APIs)
• Understand Java and TypeScript
• A get-things-done attitude
• Strong sense of collaboration as a customer advisor and with internal global team members
• Start-up / Scale up experience

What the job involves

• Shape and expand solutions engineering enhancing customer relationships beyond implementation
• Define and lead our technical account management process
• Build and present product demos
• Pilot and Proof-of-Concept implementations
• Recommend solutions engineering best practices and help improve process + overall implementation strategy + speed
• Quickly learn new products and new technologies
• Form a deep understanding of a customers business and help solve problems you have identified as well as uncover areas of opportunity
• Build trusted advisor relationships with customers and present creative new solutions
• Support and assist with customer hackathons
