Requirements

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience focused on distributed systems infrastructure or data architecture
  • Python expertise with ability to build frameworks and performance-critical services from scratch
  • Deep Kubernetes expertise for design deployment debugging and secure productionization at scale
  • Strong Postgres knowledge including query planning partitioning and tuning for high-throughput environments
  • Ability to lead clean scalable architecture decisions and design reviews
  • Experience with high-performance data or AI/ML systems such as retrieval pipelines embeddings or hybrid workloads
  • Comfort working in fast-moving ambiguous environments where technical depth and judgment matter
