Requirements
- 5-10 years of UX or product design experience
- At least 5 years in enterprise software
- Experience designing enterprise-scale complex systems such as ERP or platforms
- Experience leading the design process and owning work planning organization and stakeholder management

- Hands-on comfort with modern prototyping and AI-assisted workflows

Day to day
- Own the end-to-end UX direction for complex AI-enabled enterprise systems and shape how products are structured scaled and evolved
- Define information architecture navigation models and application shells for data-dense enterprise products while building durable UX foundations
- Design embedded contextual AI experiences with guardrails such as explainability progressive disclosure and human-in-the-loop workflows
- Lead research-driven decision making by synthesizing research competitive analysis and validation into clear actionable UX direction
- Collaborate closely with product engineering and UX peers to decompose work prototype solutions and ensure design intent matches implemented UI
