- 10+ years of UX/product design experience
- Strong portfolio of complex logged-in or SaaS product surfaces
- Deep expertise in modern design system tooling
- Experience with web hosting CMS or SMB-facing products is a plus

- Comfort working in a fast-moving matrixed organization

Day to day
- Own UX design end-to-end for portal surfaces across multiple digital properties, shaping intuitive post-login experiences.
- Drive design decisions from customer problem discovery through hi-fi deliverables, including journey mapping, interaction design, and dev-ready handoff with detailed specs.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to create accessible, scalable experiences that improve activation, engagement, and retention.
- Lead design critiques and peer reviews, mentor designers, and champion the design system while embedding AI tools into the workflow to accelerate delivery.
