Day to day
- Define, articulate, build, and champion the future vision of Insulet products helping simplify the lives of those with diabetes. Collaborate closely with user researchers, product managers, and tech leads. Lead product UX design for major areas of our global product suite, from research to implementation.
- Establish and communicate UX vision and UX strategy. Empower designers and elevate overall design quality. Develop strong relationships with UX leaders and partners. Solve customer problems, always putting their needs first.
- Facilitate UX design process, from initial research to detailed designs and prototyping. Partner with tech teams to ensure scalable and high-quality user experiences. Mentor junior designers and lead UX strategy in a matrixed organization.
