- 12+ years of product design experience with enterprise software focus
- Proven leadership experience in cross-functional design projects
- Deep understanding of design thinking user-centered design principles and design systems
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma including components auto-layout and variables
- Hands-on experience using AI-powered tools such as Figma Make and Claude Code for functional prototypes
- Strong communication skills to present design concepts to product and engineering leadership
- Bachelor’s degree with 12 years experience or Master’s degree with 8 years experience or PhD with 5 years experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing extensive product design experience

Day to day
- Lead major design initiatives for administrator and end-user experiences across cloud and on-premises enterprise products

- Explore future-facing vision projects and apply emerging design trends and AI-powered prototyping tools to accelerate high quality solutions
