Day to day

• Lead the Product Analytics team supporting consumer products including ABCmouse
• Define data capture requirements verify data integrity manipulate data and perform in-depth analyses
• Optimize conversion rates drive user engagement and maximize product impact on children’s learning outcomes
• Address core opportunities in offer pages and subscription flows by partnering with marketing stakeholders
• Drive A/B and multivariate testing initiatives and implementation across desktop and mobile platforms
• Set and monitor KPIs for successful iteration and global expansion
• Use data analyses to understand user behavior
• Develop and execute statistical analyses to understand customer behavior and product performance
• Create compelling and informative automated/real-time dashboards and visualizations
• Identify actionable insights that affect company performance and learning outcomes
• Communicate results to diverse stakeholders concisely and impactfully
• Define data capture and data integrity requirements while partnering with marketing product and engineering teams to maintain data quality
