- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in product or portfolio management or similar role

- Prior experience in health insurance industry strongly preferred

Day to day
- Support the product management team by intake, assessment, tracking, and organization of product requests and enhancements.
- Research product inquiries and gather accurate information to help shape responses and decisions.
- Create, update, and maintain product documentation, training materials, and collateral while partnering with internal teams.
