What the job involves

• Create and maintain a suite of analytics on product usage, identifying patterns to improve workflows
• Support product development cycle by testing ideas, providing data input, and evaluating features before launch
• Write and maintain comprehensive product documentation
• Create example canvases, templates, and tutorials to inspire and assist users
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to launch new product features
• Optimize user onboarding journey and manage all user communication
• Maintain product roadmap and bugs backlog, updating users and team on progress
