Requirements
- 3-5 years managing complex projects with internal and external stakeholders
- 3-5 years experience in business analysis or product management preferably in healthcare
- Experience creating clear process and product documentation
- Knowledge of EHR pharmacy and PBM workflows
- Familiarity with PBM and EHR interoperability technologies
- Basic to intermediate SQL and relational database knowledge
- Proficiency with Excel Word PowerPoint Jira Confluence and SharePoint
- Data and research driven approach
- Comfort with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities
- Solid EQ for cross-functional collaboration
Nice to have
- Start-up experience
- 0-1 product experience
- Pharmacy value-based care
Day to day
- Support digital health product operations and enhancements across multiple Evio products using data and client feedback to improve adoption and performance.
- Troubleshoot client and internal issues, assist with onboarding and activation, and help ensure timely resolution and effective product use.
- Define product requirements, manage milestones, and create detailed documentation to keep projects aligned and moving forward.
