What the job involves

  • Conduct thorough analysis of business and product processes and requirements through market and primary user research
  • Utilize data analytics tools and methodologies to analyze user behavior product performance and market trends
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines to ensure successful product implementations
  • Analyze client adoption of new product features
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of products and features against experience and financial indicators
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including operations designers engineers and marketing to provide data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Participate in product testing and feedback sessions ensuring products meet user expectations and quality standards
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate product performance and trends to stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for product optimization and enhancements based on data analysis and user feedback
