Day to day
- Conduct thorough analysis of business and product processes and requirements through market and primary user research
- Utilize data analytics tools and methodologies to analyze user behavior product performance and market trends
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines to ensure successful product implementations
- Analyze client adoption of new product features
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of products and features against experience and financial indicators
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including operations designers engineers and marketing to provide data-driven insights and recommendations
- Participate in product testing and feedback sessions ensuring products meet user expectations and quality standards
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate product performance and trends to stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for product optimization and enhancements based on data analysis and user feedback
