Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field or experience
Advanced degrees or certifications in data analysis or business analytics are a plus
2+ years as a Product Analyst or similar analytical role, preferably in the fintech or financial services
Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to derive insights from complex data sets
Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and experimental design principles
Excellent communication skills with ability to present findings effectively

Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to product usage, product issues, user behavior, and market trends. Utilize various data analysis techniques and tools to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for product enhancement
Monitor product performance metrics such as adoption rates, user engagement, and revenue generation to identify areas of improvement and optimize performance
Conduct user research to gather insights into user preferences and needs, translating feedback into actionable recommendations for product decision-making
Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark against industry standards and propose innovative solutions
Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate key findings to stakeholders
