Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field or experience
  • Advanced degrees or certifications in data analysis or business analytics are a plus
  • 2+ years as a Product Analyst or similar analytical role, preferably in the fintech or financial services
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to derive insights from complex data sets
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and experimental design principles
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to present findings effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
  • Knowledge of financial technologies including payments and digital banking
  • Proactive and self-motivated with passion for continuous learning
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and agile environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines

What the job involves

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to product usage, product issues, user behavior, and market trends. Utilize various data analysis techniques and tools to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for product enhancement
  • Monitor product performance metrics such as adoption rates, user engagement, and revenue generation to identify areas of improvement and optimize performance
  • Conduct user research to gather insights into user preferences and needs, translating feedback into actionable recommendations for product decision-making
  • Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark against industry standards and propose innovative solutions
  • Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate key findings to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and ensure data-driven decision-making
  • Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests to measure impact of product changes and feature enhancements
  • Maintain accurate documentation of product analysis processes and findings, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
