What the job involves

• Collaborate with product owners, developers, designers, architects, business stakeholders, and end-users to gather and translate user needs into actionable requirements.
• Ensure successful delivery of product capabilities by acting as a liaison between business stakeholders, end-users, and IT development teams.
• Drive business process design by conducting business case analysis, requirement gathering, and feature gap analysis, while writing use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
