- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in software QA, healthcare data analysis, or health informatics
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to multitask and work on deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Deep passion for understanding and improving products and user experiences
- Strong communication skills and collaboration skills
Nice to have
- Ability to understand and work in SAS
- Experience with healthcare data and analytics
- Familiarity with Agile scrum workflow
- Experience with hospitals or health systems
Day to day
- Lead testing and data analysis of the HDI portfolio and data preparation
- Contribute to functional specifications, develop test plans, lead QA and testing
- Work closely with Healthcare Product leadership and sales teams to advance HDI strategy and identify growth opportunities
