Qadar is an AI security, control and governance platform for companies adopting AI faster than they can govern it — typically 50–250 people, without a dedicated security team. • Visibility — see which AI tools your team actually uses, and what data goes into them • Control — enforce policy at the moment of use: redact sensitive data before it reaches a model, block off-policy tools with a clear reason • Audit — a governance trail that holds up when a client, board, or regulator asks Shipped, in-market product: Shield Web (browser-based AI protection) and Shield Control (discovery, policy, audit, reporting). Deploy in minutes, no developers required to start. www.qadar.ai

Qadar AI

AI security, control & governance for companies adopting AI without a security team.

You don't want to manage a roadmap document — you want to own what gets built and why. As Product & Workflow Lead you own the workflow logic that makes Qadar AI manager-friendly across an expanding suite.

Qadar AI is in the company-building stage. Pilot learnings arrive weekly, packaging questions are open, and the connective tissue between buyer needs, deployment realities, and the suite narrative is yours to build — directly with the founder office.

What you'll own

You translate pilot learnings into roadmap decisions, packaging logic, and workflow priorities. You keep the product simple for operating teams while pushing enterprise readiness where it matters. You build the connective tissue between buyer needs, deployment realities, and the suite narrative. You define what manager-friendly actually means — and hold every shipped workflow to it. You shape how the suite is packaged and sold, not just how it is built.

What you bring

You operate across product strategy, UX judgment, and customer context without hiding behind process. You turn ambiguous customer signals into clear product decisions. You can say no with a reason — focus is the scarcest resource in a company-building stage. You communicate product tradeoffs crisply with founders, engineers, and customers. You have shipped B2B software workflows before, ideally in security, compliance, or IT tooling.

What we offer

Work where you create leverage

Every role is remote-first with optional onsite collaboration in Dubai DIFC — plus focused in-person team weeks for planning, customer work, and product decisions.

Direct founder access

You work with the founder office on strategy, tradeoffs, and speed. There are no layers between your work and the decisions that shape the company.

Real ownership

Lead roles here are not coordination jobs. You own outcomes, shape the roadmap, and influence how the company is built.

Top-tier equipment and AI tools budget

We fund the setup you need for serious work and expect the team to use the best tools available — understanding the category from the inside is part of the job.

Flexible travel support

We make room for customer visits, pilot support, and team sessions whenever they create real momentum.

A global operating posture

Qadar AI is built for teams working across markets, regulators, and time zones — with Dubai DIFC bridging Europe, Africa, and Asia-Pacific.
