Day to day
- Support the Product Manager by turning ideas into actionable plans through research and clear communication
- Own smaller high-impact improvements and bug fixes from request to launch
- Fine-tune ecommerce systems and data across Akeneo Algolia and Umbraco to improve the customer journey
- Create documentation guides and demos that help internal teams use technology effectively
- Test and validate features as the final quality check before release
