Requirements
- Experience building AI agents and shipping them into live environments
- Strong ability to design deploy and iterate automated workflows end to end
- Hands on experience with integrations across APIs CMS tools CRMs marketing platforms and analytics stacks
- Ability to define QA standards and manage human review where needed
- Comfort monitoring deployed automations and fixing issues proactively
- Able to document systems clearly for non engineers
- Experience evaluating automation tools such as Make Zapier n8n and Claude

Day to day
- Build and own AI agents and automated workflows for product and marketing teams from end to end.
- Work directly with product managers engineers and marketers to identify high value automation opportunities and turn them into live deployments.
- Own the full lifecycle including scoping workflow design prompt architecture tool integration testing deployment monitoring and continuous improvement.
- Maintain reliable integrations across product systems marketing platforms CMS tools CRMs analytics stacks and third party APIs.
- Establish QA frameworks document workflows clearly and recommend the right automation and AI tools for the team.
